About HCAP
Not an official handicap, just a fair one.
HCAP is not an official handicap system, and it isn't linked to Handicap Network Africa (HNA) or GolfRSA. It's mainly for golfers who aren't members of a golf club. On HCAP they can start an HCAP Club of their own, with their friends or golf group, and work out their HCP Index using the World Handicap System rules.
